AWARDS FIRST THREE GRANTS

Since our launch in 2022, we have been focused on designing solutions that remove economic and social obstacles to create the healthiest community. We are a private foundation committed to the health and wellness of current and future generations of Jefferson County.

 

Building on our promise to work with the community to build sustainable solutions for issues affecting health, we have recently awarded three grants to improve the long-term health and well-being of people right here in our county.
