PROGRAM MANANGER

The Program Manager will support the Bethany Legacy Foundation (BLF) impact strategy currently consisting of more than $5M in grants annually. Through application review and analysis, ongoing technical assistance to potential and successful grantees, in partnership with the BLF staff, and in providing up-to-date information to the board and BLF membership, Program Manager will ensure that BLF’s grantmaking strategies encompass the principles of Trust-Based Philanthropy and are carried out in an accessible, fair, meaningful, sustainable, and thoughtful manner.

The Program Manager will manage a portfolio of nonprofit grant applicants, perform due diligence and analysis, provide advice and technical assistance related to nonprofit capacity building, facilitate workshops, convenings, and seminars, manage grant evaluations and reporting, take on special projects and other initiatives as required to generally serve the region on behalf of BLF.
